The scene remains vivid: a young woman, consumed by fear, crouched on the floor of a closet. A man, donning a white mask, boldly smashing through the shuttered door. I was riveted. At the age of 6, I watched John Carpenter's 1978 horror classic, 'Halloween,' an experience that sparked my affinity for horror. Film has since become an integral part of my life. I possess a deep appreciation for cinema, and horror has become a fundamental aspect of my being. Throughout middle school and high school, I wrote and acted in films with my friends, with a primary focus on horror. My goal was to craft scenes that would elicit fear. Fear is a potent emotion, and film is a medium that can evoke this feeling without causing harm. I could engage in comprehensive discussions about films, analyzing their creation, release, and impact. I am intensely passionate about horror. I guess you could call me a whore for horror.
